These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Parlor, a lead intelligence platform operated by KES Connections LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using Parlor, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Parlor is a B2B lead intelligence platform that helps sales teams find and enrich data about businesses. Our service includes:

• Business search and discovery
• Contact enrichment and data lookup
• List management and exports
• CRM integrations
• API access (paid plans)

2. Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Parlor.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or API keys with others.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it updated.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Parlor for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from Parlor except through our provided features and API
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Resell or redistribute Parlor data as a standalone product
• Use Parlor to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated tools to access Parlor outside of our official API

4. Data and Content

Your Data: You retain ownership of the data you upload to Parlor (such as lists you create, notes you add, and contacts you manage). You grant us a license to host, store, and process this data to provide the service.

Business Data: The business and contact data provided through Parlor is compiled from public sources and third-party data providers. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

Data Use Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of data obtained through Parlor complies with applicable laws, including privacy regulations and anti-spam laws.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Plans: Parlor offers free and paid subscription plans. Plan details and pricing are available on our website.

Billing: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Credits: Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.

6. API Usage

API Access: API access is available on paid plans only.

Rate Limits: API requests are rate-limited to 60 requests per minute per API key. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary access restrictions.

API Keys: Keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your API keys.

7. Integrations

Parlor integrates with third-party services (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier, etc.). These integrations are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or practices of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

Parlor, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by KES Connections LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Parlor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data will be accurate, complete, or current
• The service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KES Connections LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of Parlor.

Our total liability for any claims related to Parlor is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KES Connections LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Parlor or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Parlor at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use Parlor ends immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
